The non-lethal replicas of real firearms, airsoft guns are a popular weapon for many adventurous shooting games. While these gins are not lethal, they can be dangerous and thus one must always get the associated safety gear along with it and always adhere to some basic safety rules so that no injury to anybody happens even unexpectedly. Few of the safety rules to borne in mind are:-
- The airsoft guns must always be handled with care and caution regardless of the fact that it is loaded or unloaded.
- The gun should never be shot at anything else other than the official safety target. Even the fingers should be placed on the trigger when one is completely ready to fire. Firing by accident, especially at close range may lead to damaged eyes or lost teeth.
- Airsoft guns must not be used in any public place but only in areas designated for its use.
- It’s the duty of parents to ensure that no child carries the airsoft guns to any public place or even to school. They are liable to be suspended and even arrested.
